Removal: Open up regedit (click start, go to run and type regedit then hit ok)
Now follow this path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Right click on the "VWin" value, and choose delete.

Reboot then delete:
c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\settings.ini Size: 22 bytes
c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\VWin.exe Size: 433,152 bytes

When regedit is open follow this path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Look for the "winapi.exe" right click on this and choose delete

Reboot then delete:
        c:\WINDOWS\winapi.dll  Size: 20 bytes
        c:\WINDOWS\winapi.exe Size: 258,560 bytes
        c:\WINDOWS\TEMP\MicroNet.DLL  Size: 20 bytes
