Not so much a trojan, but damaging/annoying none the less.
Trojan will trigger certain events after a number of minutes.
Taken from readme:
+7 Min. Jerky Mouse Movements
+11 Min. Program assigns a lot of Memory
+13 Min. Recycle Bin
+13 Min. Beep
+14 Numlock deactivated
+15 Notepad opens and Program inserts a Message
+34 Error Message and Reboot

Removal
Use Windows Explorer, and open the file at C:\windows\win.ini
Double clicking win.ini will open it in a text editor.
At the top you should see a line that begins with run=
If you scroll to the right, you will see that the line ends with c:\msie5.exe, which is the trojan.
Delete this whole line, and save win.ini, then close your text editor.
Be Sure not to modify any other lines in this file, as you may cause windows to become unusable.
Reboot your PC to remove the trojan from memory.
After the reboot, use Windows Explorer to delete the trojan file at:
c:\msie5.exe

deepbo
This trojan is  quite ironic actually , deep bo is a back orifice  client that scans the internet for back orifice infected computers then it allows the user to connect and do most things the back orifice bogui can do .
The ironic part to this trojan is that it opens port 31338 on the hackers computer allowing access to that port ,

I'm not to sure about all the details and if it is port 31338 but it definitely is a trojan and if your silly enough to be using deep bo to hack people then you have kind of asked for it .

I'm not sure but I think this trojan only opens the port when the client is being used , so the best way not to get hacked is not to use the stupid program in the first place.
