I think this trojan uses telnet as the client , but it didn't have any commands that came with it and I tried to throw a few Unix commands at it but  it didn't respond  . I would be interested in learning a bit more about this trojan .

Removal :
Open up regedit ( go to start then to run and type regedit )
When regedit opens click on word edit on the top of the regedit window . Go to find and then type
winfunctions="winfunctions.exe  when regedit finds that line , right click on it and choose delete .
Reboot your computer then go to start then to find and type winfunctions.exe when this file is found delete it also

1900 trojan
This trojan is probably one of the nastier ones as it can cause financial trouble for the victim . It does this by ringing up expensive 1900 numbers while the victim is offline and giving the victim the phone bill from hell . I'm not sure if it works in other countries other then America but if it does then the phone bill may be even more due to international toll charges .

To remove this program you will need to delete the following two files :
en-cid12.exe
en-cid12.dat
If windows says it is using them then you may need to delete them in dos or use a program that can kill processes like trojan defense suite and then delete the files .
