Netstat Utilities These programs simplify the dos command netstat -a , this command shows you all the connections  to your pc , it's a great way of seeing if a hacker is connected and what port he is connected too.

Totostat: TotoStat is a program similar in operation to the DOS based utility, Netstat.exe that displays protocol statistics and network activities. It can be used by networking professionals to determine what connections are on the machine at any time along with all the ports that may be listening (i.e. services, trojan horses etc.).

AnalogueX Netstat: Displays realtime information about your current TCP/IP connection, whether they're to other internet hosts, or even local machines. It graphs both incoming and outgoing data usage and CPU performance, as well as integrating ping and traceroute functionality! Best of all, it works with both modems and NIC's, making it a great way to monitor connections on cable modems or DSL.

X-netstat: Will monitor and show information on your current Internet connections. Information shown includes the local port being used for the connection, the remote port, the remote hostname, the protocol used and the status of the connection. Quick and easy way to see exactly who is connected to your computer
